What a 13-Week Cash Flow Is

A 13-week cash flow is a rolling, week-by-week forecast of the actual cash moving in and out of your bank account over the next quarter. It is not accounting revenue and it is not your budget. It answers one blunt question: on any given week in the next 13, will there be enough money in the bank to pay what is due?
